You can put pressure on AXA

If you're an AXA customer, shareholder, or broker, let them know they're losing your trust.

Why it matters

AXA holds significant investments in arms manufacturers such as Boeing, General Dynamics, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, and BAE Systems, companies whose weapons are being used in the ongoing assault on Gaza.

While AXA has previously divested from certain Israeli entities, it still holds over $150 million in shares and bonds tied to suppliers of the Israeli military (June 2024), thereby helping sustain a system responsible for grave human rights violations.

In the face of an unfolding genocide, a company that claims to protect lives and futures cannot remain complicit. We therefore call on AXA to immediately divest from all companies involved in the offensive against the Palestinian population and to actively fund humanitarian and reparatory initiatives in Gaza.

How to take action

  • Comment on AXA’s social media posts and ask why they invest in weapons used against civilians and demand immediate divestment.
  • Post publicly on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook. Tag @AXA and your local AXA accounts.
  • Leave honest reviews on platforms like Google and Trustpilot explaining why you’ve lost trust in the brand.
  • Talk about it: share this with friends, family, colleagues. Help turn it into a reputational crisis they can’t ignore.
  • If you’re an AXA customer (private or business): tell them you're switching to an ethical provider.
  • If you're choosing insurance now: let them know they’ve already lost your business.
  • If you’re part of a community, organization, or institution that uses AXA: push for collective divestment.
  • If you're a shareholder: sell your shares and use your voice to demand ethical investment.
  • If you’re a broker: raise your concerns directly and ask your firm to reconsider doing business with AXA.
